1) Registration and Documentation service - This service includes the Act of death registered with the Registrar of civil status (Directeur de l’état civil) as well as the possibility of ordering the Government issued Death certificate (with an additional charge).

Cancellation of the social insurance number, health insurance number, federal old age pension, GST allowance and the solidarity tax credit. We also complete the applications for the RRQ (death benefit, the surviving spouse's pension and orphan's pension if applicable).
